About the Role
We are seeking an organised and friendly Indonesian Speaking Administration Officer to support our Indonesian students throughout their education journey in Australia.
You will work closely with students, education providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth enrolment and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Indonesian students
- Process enrolments and maintain student records
- Communicate with students via email, phone.
- Liaise with education providers and internal teams
- Support student services and ongoing customer care
- Perform general office administration duties
- Preferred Skills & Experience
- Native Indonesian language skills
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Previous administration or education industry experience is an advantage
- Friendly and approachable
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Passionate about supporting local/international students
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour

- Education Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
