We are seeking experienced and passionate Chef / Cook for our busy restaurant. The position is a highly demanding and extremely responsible position and as such we require a person who is dedicated, hardworking and has the ability to deliver exceptional food quality. Hours will be full-time and will include key shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
To be considered you must possess the following:
- Experience on the PASS would be an advantage
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar restaurant or role
- Work in all areas of the kitchen operations
- Serve a consistently high quality product as instructed
- Maintenance of equipment and utensils
- Ensure that the kitchen is always in a hygienic state
- MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY.
