Bondi Beach Cottage Childcare is seeking qualified Educators to join the team! We are looking for passionate,
knowledgeable, dedicated educators who have a can do, positive attitude and an excitement for learning.
Applicants will have the opportunity to come and look at our facility through the trial and interview process.
The Opportunity
As one of our educators, you will have the chance to assist in development, planning and implementation
of a quality childcare education program based on your knowledge of each child, their interested and goals
through family input and in line with the EYLF & NQS.
You will be creating a stimulating, positive and nurturing environment to foster and support each child’s
development and will be communicating positively and openly with children and their families on an ongoing
basis.
You will be providing physical care assisting children in their daily routines and meal time, as well as responding
to their emotional needs.
Our team create a fun, professional and supportive environment, and you will be part of this, maintaining up to
date records for each child within the group and working together to ensure the best possible programs and
highest quality care for all children.
Applicants must have
• Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working with Children’s check
- COVID vaccination certificate
- The ability to work positively within a team
- A highly motivated, flexible and reliable attitude
- A desire to become a part of a strong, passionate team of educators
- Exceptional communication skills.
