Target questions:
1. Please provide an example of a workforce initiative you led in partnership with multiple stakeholders? How did you build relationships, gain commitment, and ensure successful delivery of the initiative?
2. Describe a time you used data to influence a decision, policy, or performance target to improve diversity outcomes. What did the data tell you, what did you recommend, and what was the outcome? If the data was incomplete/imperfect at the time, how did you navigate that?
