* ability to work under pressure at a consistently fast pace in a very busy environment- this is a busy kitchen so only apply if you can handle the pressure
* experience in commercial kitchen is an advantage
* ability to work a MINIMUM of 3 shifts per week- up to 10.30pm including a Friday or Saturday evening (or both)
* must be physically fit, some heavy lifting involved
* tasks include but not limited to, washing dishes and using commercial dish washer, assisting cooks, use of fryer, grill & hot plate organising recycling and rubbish removal, mopping floors, cleaning commercial kitchen equipment
* Pay rates according to Restaurant Industry Award
