Opportunity to join our team
As a Sales & Store person, you will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with internal sales teams, suppliers, and mining customers.
You will be the first point of contact for customers requiring hydraulic hoses, fittings, and pneumatic solutions — helping minimise downtime and maintain site productivity.
Your role ensures customers receive the right hydraulic and pneumatic solutions to keep their operations running safely and efficiently.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support daily store and sales operations
- Build strong customer relationships via phone and email
- Respond to enquiries regarding products, pricing, stock availability, delivery, and accounts
- Provide general branch administration support
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments
- Act as the first point of contact for branch customers, delivering exceptional service
What You’ll Bring:
- 6–12 months’ experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations.
- Current Driver’s License (essential)
- Mechanical aptitude with hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge is advantageous.
- Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Outlook and similar systems)
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and embrace new ideas
- Strong commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to follow company Health & Safety policies and procedures
