About the Role
Panel Prep Product Assembler:
You will support the preparation and assembly of composite and aluminium cladding products within a busy workshop environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing composite and aluminium panels for cladding systems
- Cutting, shaping, and finishing materials using hand and power tools
- Assisting with packing, dispatch, and general workshop duties
- Supporting tradespeople with assembly and installation tasks
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for motivated, reliable people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.
Ideally, you will have
- Experience working in workshop or production environments
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Physical capability to undertake repetitive lifting up to 25kg
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to complete pre-employment checks
