We're looking for an experienced MC truck driver to help us deliver Dangerous Goods to our clients in an effective and safe manner.
We are currently seeking an experienced HC Tanker Driver to join our team based in Unanderra NSW
Loading and unloading goods in compliance with axle weights, load restraint regulations, and Company requirements
Delivering bulk fluid, regional and interstate with up to 4 nights away per week.
Undertake pre and post trip vehicle inspections, and report any faults, issues, or maintenance that may be required
Driving and operating vehicles in a safe and courteous manner, observing all applicable road rules and Company policies/procedures
Ensuring loads are secure and the vehicle is kept in a clean and tidy condition
Complying with chain of responsibility requirements
Completing required transport and delivery documentation accurately, and in a timely way
Ensure all company equipment remains secure, clean and well kept at all times
Follow all company policies and procedures, including fatigue management and workplace health and safety
Comply with transport legislative requirements at all times (driving hours limits, required breaks, shift work etc).
Reporting any required vehicle maintenance.
Here are the skills and qualifications you'll need to be considered for these roles.
Current HC licence
Minimum of two years’ HC driving experience , and experience with bulk tankers will be an advantage
Must be licensed in accordance with the applicable regulations to Transport Bulk Dangerous Goods
Understanding and awareness of COR, NHVAS, and fatigue management
Strong customer and safety focus
Skilled in writing documentation with attention to detail
Great work ethic and self-motivated
Proven reliability
Awareness of relevant workplace health and safety requirements
Ability to work overtime when required.
Ability to use a smart device
Ability to comply with Company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
