About the Role
As the Coordinator – HRIS Data & Reporting, you’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our People system, Dayforce. Working closely with the P&C Systems & Data Manager, IT teams, and business stakeholders, you’ll help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of employee data and system processes. From maintaining system configurations and supporting upgrades to troubleshooting issues and improving user experiences, you’ll contribute to delivering reliable and efficient people technology solutions across the organisation.
You’ll be responsible for developing reports, supporting compliance and audit requirements, monitoring data quality, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system functionality. Combining technical capability with strong stakeholder engagement skills, you’ll collaborate across People & Culture, IT, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance reporting outcomes, and ensure our people systems effectively support business needs.
About You
You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and actionable outcomes. With experience working with HRIS platforms—ideally Dayforce, or a similar people management system—you are confident supporting system administration, reporting, data analysis activities and process improvement activities.
You enjoy combining customer service, technology and data management in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience
- Sound written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain system-related information clearly and respectfully to a range of users
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Dayforce, including system support, configuration, testing, and issue resolution
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills, with the ability to develop and maintain reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Sound understanding of HR and payroll processes, data structures, and employee lifecycle data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes through data analysis
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and quality
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and contribute to system, workflow, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate across teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
