The Opportunity
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, management and evaluation of critical ICT projects and ensuring the successful development and delivery of key outcomes aligned with TAFE SA’s strategic objectives. The role develops and manages significant budgets, contracts, cross functional resources and physical assets, in delivering strategic priorities within required scope, cost and timelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in strategically leading and managing the delivery of critical ICT projects within scope, budget and timelines, including working with executive, management, staff, vendors and service providers to develop, implement and advise on complex plans, strategies, business cases and risk management.
- Proven experience in leading, motivating and performance managing multi-disciplinary teams in the strategic planning, delivery and evaluation of multiple, concurrent complex ICT projects that deliver an integrated and stable operating environment.
- Extensive experience leading, managing and evaluating procurement, contract and vendor management activities, including complex investigations and reporting, and ensuring compliance with all approved governance processes, relevant TAFE SA and government policies, regulatory requirements, and to agreed standards.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
