Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive, triage and coordinate make safe requests nationally
- Coordinate and allocate the appropriate trades to attend properties
- Liaise with customers to understand their situation, arrange access and provide regular updates
- Monitor jobs to ensure trades attend within required timeframes and proactively manage any delays
- Maintain accurate job records, reports and photographic evidence
- Liaise with insurers, contractors and internal teams to ensure everyone is kept informed
- Identify additional damage or repair requirements and ensure a smooth handover to the relevant team
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and within required SLA and KPI timeframes
Key Selection Criteria:
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while providing a high level of customer service.
- Experience in insurance, building, restoration, trades coordination or a similar environment highly regarded
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple jobs and stakeholders simultaneously
- Confident dealing with customers, contractors and insurers
- Strong attention to detail and computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise urgent matters
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach
- Experience with insurance or job management systems highly regarded
