WE’RE HIRING – FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
Vito’s Espresso Bar | Everton Park
Vito’s has been part of the Everton Park community for over 11 years, and we’re looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Front of House Manager to join our team.
We’re an established, busy café with a strong and experienced team, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality and customer service, is a confident leader and enjoys being part of the day-to-day action of a busy café.
The role will include:
- Leading and supporting our FOH team
- Managing staff rosters and day-to-day staffing
- Ordering stock and managing stock levels
- Delivering consistently excellent customer service
- Keeping service running smoothly during busy periods
- Training and developing team members
- Maintaining high presentation and service standards
- Working closely with our kitchen team
- Being hands-on with coffee and service
What we’re looking for:
- Strong café and hospitality experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong barista experience and confidence working on coffee
- Experience with stock ordering and management
- Experience preparing and managing staff rosters
- A confident, positive and supportive leadership style
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Someone organised, reliable and proactive
- Someone who genuinely loves hospitality, people and creating a great customer experience
