Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand customer requirements and develop tailored business proposals and solutions.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and customer site visits.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, and supporting documentation as required.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
- Support the sales team in achieving business growth and sales targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director and Senior Management Team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales, account management, or customer service experience within FMCG, healthcare, skincare, pharmaceutical, or similar industries.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, proactive, and "can-do" attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
- Strong relationship-building and key account management capabilities.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Good project management and organisational skills.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
