Female Football Coach Wanted – U10 to U13 Youth TeamsWe are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Female Football Coach to lead our elite youth development squads (U10 to U13) for the upcoming 2026 competitive season. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of women's football by developing young talent and guiding them on a premier competitive pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and structured training sessions tailored to player development for under-10 to under-13 age brackets.
- Lead and manage the squad during matches, providing strategic direction, tactical guidance, and positive reinforcement.
- Foster an inclusive, competitive, and supportive team culture focused on sportsmanship and player growth.
- Prepare and guide the teams through elite seasonal tournaments, aiming for top-tier performances.
Schedule and Location
- Training Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Hours: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Location: Gulifoye Park, REGENTS PARK NSW
Major 2026 Competitions
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the squads across three major tournament platforms:
- Sydney Premier League 2026
- Diamond Cup
- JPL Australia (Junior Premier League)
Requirements
- Proven experience coaching youth football, ideally within a representative or development pathway.
- Relevant coaching certifications or a willingness to obtain them.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with young athletes and parents.
