We are looking for Support Workers for a gentleman based in Spring Creek Caravan Park. Services will involve in home and out in the community support.
Tasks involve grocery shopping; emotional support; attending appointments, light cleaning and other daily activities when needed.
Scheduled support: 4-6 hrs every day
What you need:
Driver’s License and reliable fully insured vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening check
Cert 3 in Disability/Aged Care
More than one year relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
