Ballina Toyota is currently seeking a Sales Support/Registration Clerk to join our Sales department. We provide continuous training & development programs to ensure your maximum potential is reached and aim to achieve our goal to become the #1 Dealership Group in Australia.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of new and used vehicles throughout the dealership by:

Registering of new and used vehicles in line with state government and manufacturer requirements

Ordering stock vehicles
-
Processing vehicle transactions
-
Arranging freight for vehicle swaps
-
Processing all paperwork for sold vehicles upon arrival

Performing monthly stock checks
To be successful in this role, candidates must:

Be well organised

Able to work as part of team

Have excellent attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Administration skills
-
Experience in Sales support/registrations not a necessity – all training provided
