About the Role:
As an Administration Assistant, you will provide and have experience in administrative and clerical support in a busy office environment.
Duties include:
- inbound calls
- liaising internally with other branches
- invoicing and purchase order processing - MYOB software experience is essential
- goods received processing
- updating registers and databases
- assisting with client site inductions
- liaison with Head Office and transmission of invoices for payment
- booking and receiving freight
- training in our inventory system
- Ad hoc office and sales tasks as directed
As a new team member, you will be provided with on the job training, you will then work in a small management team running a successful business that responds to customer needs and strives to deliver high service standards. Further training will also be provided in relation to internal sales to gain more knowledge to assist with servicing our customers.
Standard hours:
7:30am - 4.00 pm, Monday-Thursday
8.00am - 2:30 pm Friday
To be successful, you will have:
- Good computer skills including MS office and CRM/ERP packages
- Experience with MYOB advantageous
- Strong work ethic, friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to manage workload and complete tasks on time
- Initiative and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A minimum of 5 years of administration experience is required
Pay: From $69,100.00 per year
