Position : SAP Business Development Executive
Location : Sydney or Melbourne, Australia

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer business needs and position relevant cbs SAP consulting and technology solutions.

Promote cbs service offerings including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, AMS, and SuccessFactors.

Conduct customer meetings, discovery calls, presentations, and follow-up discussions.

Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce.

Prepare proposals, quotations, RFQs, RFP responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), and tender submissions.

Support commercial discussions, contract reviews, and customer negotiations.

Collaborate with consultants, SAP partners, and internal stakeholders to develop customer solutions.

Generate leads through SAP relationships, partner networks, LinkedIn, industry events, webinars, and other business development activities.

Support the planning and execution of customer events, webinars, workshops, and executive roundtables.

Develop and maintain relationships with SAP account executives, partner managers, and alliance teams.

Support vendor onboarding, procurement activities, and customer onboarding processes.

Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development activity reports.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Inside Sales, or Customer Engagement.

Exposure to SAP, ERP, technology consulting, or enterprise software environments.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven.

Experience working with SAP consulting organizations or SAP partners.
-
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, or SuccessFactors.

Existing network within the Australian SAP or technology market.

Experience supporting proposal development and tender responses.
