As we continue to expand across Australia, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the next stage of growth.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our national sales function. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales performance across multiple states while managing a team of sales consultants.
You will be responsible for building structure, aligning teams, and integrating our sales, supplier, and post-sale networks into a high-performing national system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a national sales team across Australia
- Drive sales growth and performance across all regions
- Develop and execute national sales strategies and targets
- Improve sales processes, CRM usage, and conversion performance
- Manage key customer and high-value sales opportunities
- Coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Work with installation and builder partners to ensure smooth project delivery
- Align showroom, online, and direct sales channels into one strategy
- Provide forecasting, reporting, and performance insights to leadership
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership channels
About You
- Proven experience in sales leadership (multi-region or national preferred)
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in property, prefabricated or modular housing, building products, or related industries highly regarded
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and multiple stakeholders
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving business
