The award-winning BMD Northcliffe Surf Club is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage All Rounder to join our team. Experience working within a Club environment (Surf Club, Bowls Club, Leagues Club or similar) will be highly regarded.
We are seeking enthusiastic hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working across all areas of a busy venue.
Applicants should only apply if they meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a similar Food & Beverage role
- Experience in customer service, food and beverage operations, and front of house service
- Ability to work across multiple areas of the venue including bar service, café operations, bistro service, food running, gaming, functions and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to be a team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods as required
- Experience working in a Club environment is advantageous
- Hold a QLD issued RSA (essential) and RSG (preferable)
- Experience in Gaming, KENO and TAB will be highly regarded
As a Food & Beverage All Rounder, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests while contributing to the smooth operation of one of the Gold Coast's premier Surf Clubs.
