We make wheels. We need someone who can get them out the door and look after the people buying them.
INOVIT has been in the automotive aftermarket since 1998. We design, manufacture and distribute alloy wheels globally, and our products sit under cars in Australia, the US, the UK and Europe. Our Sydney warehouse in South Granville is where the Australian side of that runs.
THE ROLE
Two halves, and both matter. In the warehouse you're picking, packing and dispatching wheel orders, receiving containers, and keeping stock accurate. On the sales side you're the person a customer or dealer talks to: taking orders, answering fitment questions, quoting, and following up.
It suits someone who doesn't want to be sitting still all day, and who'd rather learn a product properly than read from a script.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer and dealer orders
- Receiving inbound containers and checking stock in against paperwork
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, safe and organised, and stock counts accurate
- Loading and unloading, including forklift work once ticketed
- Answering phone and email enquiries from retail customers and trade dealers
- Taking orders, raising quotes and processing them in our system
- Helping customers with fitment and product questions, with training from us
- Following up quotes and back-orders so nothing goes quiet
- General support to the sales and operations team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable and on time. This is the one that matters most
- Comfortable on your feet and lifting throughout the day
- Clear, friendly phone and email manner
- Basic computer skills, and accurate with numbers and data entry
- Able to work in a small team without being chased
- Full working rights in Australia
- Driver's licence
NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED
- Forklift licence, or willingness to get one, which we'll pay for
- Warehouse, storeman, despatch or logistics experience
- Retail, trade counter or phone sales experience
- Automotive knowledge, or a genuine interest in cars
- Experience with an ERP, inventory or order-management system
WHAT YOU GET
- $55,000 to $65,000 + super, depending on experience
- Full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday
- Forklift ticket paid for if you don't already have one
- Product training so you actually know what you're selling
- A small team where you'll learn both sides of the business, not one narrow task
- Based in South Granville, ten minutes from Parramatta
