**Experienced Chef / Senior Chef / Junior Chef– ROKA Cammeray** (Only who leave in Australia will be considered)
ROKA Cammeray is looking for an **experienced, reliable and confident Chef** to join our team and help lead the kitchen.
We are a busy café/restaurant serving **breakfast, lunch and dinner**, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and presentation.
### What we’re looking for:
* Minimum **2–3 years’ solid kitchen experience**
* Strong experience across **breakfast, lunch and dinner service**
* Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen
* Ability to **lead, organise and support the kitchen team**
* Strong understanding of food preparation, presentation and portion control
* Maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
* Good communication and teamwork
* Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
* Able to manage prep, stock levels and service efficiently
* Reliable, professional and able to take responsibility
* Must be available for **flexible hours**, including weekdays and weekends
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can take ownership during service and help maintain a professional kitchen environment.
