THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, this position is responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function. You'll play a key role in managing invoice billing, maintaining accurate debtor records, supporting credit processes, and ensuring timely collections.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes.
- Raising invoices and processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Allocating receipts and reconciling customer accounts.
- Following up on outstanding accounts and managing collections professionally.
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies and payment queries.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting reporting requirements.
- Assisting with month-end finance processes including month-end close, reconciliations and reporting.
- Support project accounting and financial tracking.
- Assist with annual statutory audit and reporting requirements.
- Participate in finance process improvement initiatives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable role (Oil and Gas or EPC/ Contractor industry highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of invoicing and debtor management processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to meet deadlines.
- Exposure to project-based environments within oil and gas or EPC/ Contractor environment.
- Strong systems skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft D365 experience highly regarded).
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams.
