We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Washroom Attendant to join our team in a food manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience working within the food manufacturing or food processing industry
- Residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Food handling experience or food safety certification (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good work ethic with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Able to follow procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Quick on their feet and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sanitising washrooms, amenities, and common areas
- Maintaining high hygiene and housekeeping standards throughout the facility
- Replenishing consumables
- Following food safety, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety requirements
- Assisting with general cleaning and hygiene tasks as required
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace and understands the importance of hygiene standards within a food production environment.
Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour
