We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaner / Baler Operator to join our team at our Bungarribee site.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physically active work and is comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks throughout the day.

- 6:00am - 2:06pm
- Monday to Friday
About the Role
This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment, with a strong emphasis on operating the baler and handling recyclable materials.
Your duties will include:
- Operating the baler safely and efficiently
- Collecting and transporting recyclable materials throughout the warehouse
- Loading and compacting materials into the baler
- Maintaining clean warehouse aisles and work areas
- Sweeping warehouse floors and removing debris
- Emptying bins and managing waste and recycling
- Assisting with general warehouse cleaning duties as required
- Following all workplace safety procedures and site requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Is physically fit and comfortable performing manual work throughout the shift
- Is comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is reliable and punctual
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Follows safety procedures at all times
- Previous warehouse, labouring or commercial cleaning experience is preferred
- Has full Australian working rights
- Own transport is preferred
Please Note:
This is a physically demanding role.
Successful applicants should be comfortable:
- Standing and walking for most of the shift
- Repeated lifting, pushing and pulling
- Moving cardboard and recyclable materials throughout the day
- Performing repetitive tasks for long periods
- Working in a busy warehouse environment
