We are currently seeking experienced Grade 5 Registered Nurses for night shift to join our supportive team at Plumpton Villa Home, Glenroy on a part-time basis.

About the Role
As a Grade 5 Registered Nurse, you will work in a rewarding team environment but also be able to operate alone and proactively. You will be on our frontline with our residents – which can be challenging but is also rewarding when achieving positive outcomes for our residents.
You will be responsible for ensuring our residents well-being and delivering care to the highest standard. We are committed to our residents and our employees and encourage our staff to commit to working safely within their teams.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with individual care plans- Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and records
- Support residents living with Dementia and those requiring Palliative Care
- Adhere to infection prevention and control practices
- Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse- Previous experience in Aged Care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations
- Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
