The role
We're looking for a superstar administrator based in Sydney to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract (with potential to go permanent). We’re looking for someone who is able to jump in on whatever our team needs – be it on-boarding new people, building and facilities management, keeping our internal systems up to date with accurate project information, supporting with invoicing and billing or organising staff travel and social events! From time to time, you’ll support our project engineers in the end-to-end invoicing process - preparing monthly revenue spreadsheets from VantagePoint, drafting invoices for review, and ensuring timely distribution to clients. Reporting to our Local Manager, you'll be working amongst an experienced, collaborative and fun Administration team located across our NZ and Australia.
About you
We are looking for someone with a positive, proactive and “can-do” attitude. Ideally, you’ll have prior experience in a similar role with exposure to admin and business support. You’ll be a whiz with the Microsoft Office suite, have great time management skills, thrive with new technology with a willingness to learn on the job and have planning and organisational skills that others are envious of. It goes without saying that you have exceptional attention to detail, take initiative and jump in to solve problems, and the ability to prioritise and build relationships with your team and the wider business.
In return, you’ll get to be part of a vibrant culture and supportive team. We celebrate and reward successes, we nurture career development, and we always look for opportunities to make our work environment more motivating and inspirational for our people. Our office environment is busy, but casual and fun. To find out more about Life@Holmes, go to www.holmesanz.com
