The Role: We are looking for a confident, fully qualified stylist who is passionate about all aspects of hairdressing. You will have the creative freedom to showcase your skills while working alongside a supportive and fun team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality styling services, including precision cutting, advanced colouring techniques, balayage, and styling/blow-drying.
- Provide professional consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored hair care plans.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and a loyal following.
- Maintain salon presentation and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
- Mentor and assist apprentices when required.
What We Are Looking For
- Certificate III in Hairdressing (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience as a qualified stylist on the salon floor.
- Strong technical skills in modern cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
