Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to client enquiries in Russian and English
- Assist with onsite reception duties
- Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and other relevant organisations
- Send client reminders and follow up on outstanding information
- Welcome clients and manage day-to-day office operations
- Update and maintain client records and information
- Collect, organise, and collate documentation for tax return preparation
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
What We're Looking For(nice to have):
- Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
