This role is responsible for providing administrative and data support to the centre manager and other staff to complete the daily functions of the Armidale Centre. The role will be playing a key part in ensuring that the headspace centre is youth friendly and accessible for young people and their families.

- Meet and greet clients, young people, family members and centre visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Book and confirm appointments. Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner.
- Enter accurate data into the computer as various electronic records and platforms such as hAPI are required.
- Develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with a broad range of people and organisations.
- Processing of invoices and other financial documents as required.
Assist with events, projects, activities and programs that increase the mental health literacy of young people and the wider community.
