Coordinating event operations; including setup, delivery, and post‑event pack down
Executing run sheets, schedules, floor plans, and following event documentation
Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders on-the-day to ensure seamless event execution
Supporting onsite event delivery and troubleshooting as required
Ensure events run smoothly and to a high standard
Assisting with post‑event reporting and follow‑up
This role will also include training across Bistro and Host roles to support broader venue operations as required.
Previous experience in event operations, event coordination, hospitality or a similar role
Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills and confidence managing multiple stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and event management systems
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and onsite event work
Current valid RSA (required)
