Book, deliver, and promote company community activities and Waterschool programs as per company process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including schools, swim clubs, and sporting groups.
Conduct regular marketing and promotional activities for the facility.
Maintain programs and activities occupancy and capacity rates.
Follow the advertising and marketing process, including social media posts, internal posters, member emails, and monthly newsletters.
Support management by fostering positive workplace relationships.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Facility’s Emergency Action Plan.
Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as outlined in daily work routines.
Perform additional duties during shifts to support staff and management.
Communicate effectively with staff and members.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Ensure a child-safe environment in accordance with national child safety principles.
Maintain a professional presentation at all times.
Handle customer complaints and requests professionally.
Perform cash handling duties accurately and securely.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Instruct, lifeguard, teach, and referee as required, maintaining relevant qualifications.
