About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Cold Room Supervisor to lead our distribution team at our busy milk manufacturing site in Labrador.
In this full-time position, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the cold room, ensuring products are received, stored, picked, loaded and dispatched safely, accurately and on time. You’ll lead and support a team of operators, promote a strong safety culture and help drive operational efficiency across the warehouse.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance people management with operational responsibility, working closely with production, transport and logistics teams to ensure customer service and quality standards are consistently achieved.
We know how important work/life balance is and that this is different for everyone. Our warehouse operates 24/7 across multiple shifts, and flexibility may be required to support operational needs.
You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have previous experience supervising or leading teams in a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment

Hold a current forklift licence and are confident operating warehouse equipment safely

Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace health, safety and food safety standards

Have experience coordinating daily warehouse activities and managing workflow priorities

Possess excellent communication and people leadership skills

Can coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve operational goals

Have strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Are organised, reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Have sound computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems and documentation

Understand inventory control, stock rotation and dispatch processes
