The opportunity
Join our team as a Cook at Calwell and roving across various other locations in the ACT. In this role, you will have a passion for delivering variety of home cooked meals, including desserts, cakes, soups and sandwiches to our diverse community. You will deliver within all aspects of the catering service at our home including budget control, ordering and storing of food items and supporting the direction of kitchen staff.

The requirements
- You’ll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant skills
- You’ll hold a Food Safety Certificate
- You’ll have demonstrated experience in the preparation of fresh bulk cooking
- You’ll have demonstrated ability to order stock within budget guidelines
- You’ll have strong understanding of food service compliance and the requirements within the NSW Food Authority
- You’ll have demonstrated experience in the Aged Care Industry
