We're looking for passionate Front of House Restaurant All Rounders to join our team at Lu Mare.

About the Role
This is a casual position with the opportunity for ongoing hours for the right candidate. We're looking for well-rounded hospitality professionals who are confident working across both the floor and the bar.
We're also open to applications from experienced wait staff or bartenders who are looking to join a supportive and professional team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment
- Cocktail making experience preferred
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with Italian food and wine knowledge highly regarded
- Confident providing table service and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA (essential)
