The Role
This is an office-based position where you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team by preparing accurate and competitive estimates.
You don’t need direct glazing or windows experience—if you’re technically minded, detail-focused, and enjoy working through plans and specifications, we can train you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Taking off quantities and preparing detailed quotations
- Selecting appropriate products based on customer requirements and standards
- Preparing quotes and orders using internal systems (V6 experience a bonus)
- Liaising closely with internal teams and customers
- Following up on quotes and supporting the sales process
About You
We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and enjoys solving problems.
- A strong “mechanical” or technical mindset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Good level of technical literacy and confidence using systems
- Interest in the construction industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Desirable (but not essential)
- Estimating experience (construction or similar industry)
- Experience reading plans or working with building products
- Knowledge of NCC or Australian Standards
