Looking for a capable and enthusiastic new front of house team member to come onboard and join our close knit team working at Sawyers Dining, located inside of West Pennant Hills Sports Club, an ever-growing venue in the Hills area. With plenty of opportunities for growth, this role is perfect for anyone hoping to join the hospitality sector or expand their existing experience in fast-paced club.
About the Role
As a part of our Front of House staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a friendly and smooth experience for our customers. This includes duties such as:
- Greeting and seating guests
- Using POS systems to take customer orders
- Delivering meals and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and organisation
- Assisting with pack up and closing of the dining space
- Serving a wide variety of groups, functions, and celebrations
