We are AIIMS Group, a full-service digital marketing agency based in Sydney. Our organic social team works across a diverse portfolio of clients, and we are looking for a senior creative who can own their accounts end-to-end, bring strategic depth to every brief, and raise the bar for what great social looks like.
What the role actually looks like
- This is a senior individual contributor role. You are not managing a team, you are leading the work itself, bringing experience, creative confidence, and strategic thinking to everything you touch.
- Own the organic social strategy for a growing portfolio clients, from initial brief through to execution and reporting
- Develop sophisticated, platform-native content strategies that align with each client's broader marketing goals
- Lead content production end-to-end, including ideation, filming, editing, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Get in front of the camera when the brief calls for it and know how to direct a shoot when it does not
- Write sharp, brand-aligned captions and copy across every format
- Collaborate closely with our in-house graphic designers, SEO team, and Production team on integrated campaigns
- Manage client relationships with authority, present strategy and performance insights with confidence, and hold your ground in a room
- Use AI tools to push client content further, move faster, and stay ahead in a space that never stops evolving
- Use our purpose-built AIIMS Creator Hub studio for shoots and content production
Who we are looking for
- 3 to 4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a similar agency role
- A proven track record of building and executing organic social strategies that deliver real results
- Deep platform knowledge across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Strong video production and editing skills across Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Comfortable working in Canva and Figma, whether you are building out a content mockup, briefing a designer, or finishing something yourself.
- Comfortable on camera and confident directing content shoots
- Experienced with scheduling and publishing platforms (Sked, Later, or similar)
- Capable of managing a large client portfolio without losing attention to detail on any account
- A strategic thinker who can connect social to broader SEO, paid media, and campaign objectives
- Strong client communication skills and the confidence to present, push back, and problem-solve
- Genuinely plugged into culture, trends, and what makes content stop the scroll
