About the role
Scents The Perfume Specialists seeks an experienced Retail Assistant to drive sales and foster a positive in-store experience for our customers. This is a part-time role with opportunities for career progression within our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement sales to drive revenue growth and maximise profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a memorable shopping experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Analyse store data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Pay: $27.70 – $45.57 per hour
