Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have • Candidate will need to provide relevant technical expertise, JIRA, and Confluence working knowledge.
- Have worked in at-least one project in Cyber Domain.
- Functional knowledge on IAM and PAM tools preferably Sailpoint and CyberArk
- Documentation: Compliance Summary Report, GAP Analysis, BRD, Solution Design and Functional Design documents.
- Review: Reviewing all documents as per the specified template and accuracy of information.
- User Training: Create training decks and impart training to business users.
- Testing: Creating Test Cases, Test Plan and Manual Testing. (Sanity/Regression)
- Impact/As-If To-Do Analysis: Handling Impact assessment and As-If To-Do analysis for all incoming requirements.
- Requirement Gathering: Making interactive Requirement gathering sessions.
- Good Communication and presentation skills.
Good-to-Have • Technical Hands-on in relevant technology.
- Experience with similar tools will be beneficial.

1 Interact with Stakeholders and SMEs to understand the functional and technical requirements.
2 Writing BRD and other supporting documents.
3 Managing JIRA board and creating user stories.
4 Training Users.
