Junior Sales Representative – Trade & Design Partnerships

Oak by Woodez is a premium European oak flooring brand, known for craft-focused quality and close relationships with Sydney's design community. We're looking for a Junior Sales Representative to help grow our presence among interior designers, architects, and design-led builders across Sydney.
About the Role
This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on building Oak by Woodez's trade network. You'll be the point of contact for designers and architects specifying timber flooring on residential and commercial projects — from first enquiry through to sample delivery, quoting, and order follow-up. It's a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to work within Sydney's design and architecture scene.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with interior designers, architects, and design studios across Sydney
- Respond to trade enquiries and coordinate sample requests
- Prepare and follow up quotes for specification and supply
- Attend showroom meetings, site visits, and industry events to represent the brand
- Maintain and grow a CRM/leads list of designer and architect contacts
- Help develop long-term trade partnerships that lead to repeat specification
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management (interior design, architecture, building materials, or premium/luxury goods experience highly regarded)
- Genuine interest in interior design, architecture, or premium building materials
- Confident, professional communicator comfortable presenting to designers and architects
- Well organised, with strong follow-up
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to building a network
- Full driver's licence (for showroom/site visits across Sydney)

Pay: $52,880.00 – $86,801.49 per year
