About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers - Level 3 to support clients in their own homes in the Bankstown area. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in their community.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity
- Transporting clients to appointments or community activities when required
Essential Requirements
- A genuine passion for helping and supporting people
- Reliable car and current Australian driver’s licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, patience, and a caring nature
- Willingness to learn
