About the Role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day operations of the venue and lead the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and high standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Lead and motivate front-of-house staff
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with staff training and rostering
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and RSA requirements
- Work closely with management and kitchen teams
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager hospitality role
- Ability to confidently carry 3 plates at a time
- Confident carrying drink trays in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with wine service and wine presentation preferred
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Current RSA certificate required
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
