Job Details
- Position: Manual Driver & Sports Event Crew
- Casual
- Location: Start from Chipping Norton, NSW (travel to primary schools across NSW)
- Hours: Approx. 12 hours per day (weekdays only)
- Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Meet at Chipping Norton each morning and drive small manual truck to schools across NSW. Only one school location in a day
- Set up and pack down inflatables, safety mats and event gear
- Supervise inflatables during school events, ensuring safety at all times
- Maintain equipment and keep gear clean and organized
- What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit
- Positive, energetic attitude and good communication skills
- Comfortable working around children and encouraging participation
- Experience in event setup, labouring, or physical work (preferred but not essential)
Requirements
- Manual driver’s licence (small truck – car licence OK)
- Pick up/return truck to Chipping Norton daily
- Physically capable of handling inflatables (rolling, lifting, pushing; truck has a trolley and hiab crane available).
- Working With Children Check
- Availability for all event dates: Starting September 2026 till end of year
- Flexibility for early starts (approx. 5am–5pm; times vary per event)
