Location: Remote Telehealth (Queensland preferred)
Hours: Flexible Contract Role – Approximately 5–20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours for the right applicant.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Accredited Social Worker or Registered Psychologist to provide counselling services to adults, including veterans, first responders, and couples, via telehealth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking flexible work arrangements within a supportive and trauma-informed practice.
Essential Requirements
- Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW) or Registered Psychologist with unconditional AHPRA registration.
- Minimum two years' experience providing counselling or mental health interventions.
- Current ABN.
- Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card (or equivalent state requirements).
- Current professional registration and professional indemnity insurance.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high clinical and ethical standards.
- Medicare provider number desirable but not essential.
Desired Experience
- Experience working with veterans, first responders, and trauma presentations.
- Experience providing couples counselling.
- Knowledge of PTSD and trauma-informed practice.
- Experience delivering evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, or other recognised therapeutic approaches.
