Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence based nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Communicate effectively in a person centred and culturally appropriate manner with patients, carers, and colleagues to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Work under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse, while maintaining accountability for your clinical practice, professional development, and performance.

Support and contribute to a positive learning environment through participation in teaching, coaching, and the development of others.

Practice in line with professional standards, legislation, and NSW Health values, demonstrating ethical practice, professionalism, and a commitment to safe, high quality care.
