With multiple Sydney CBD locations and expansion plans across NSW and Australia, Sana is led by an experienced hospitality team including Chef Joel Bennetts, Daniel Sorridimi of Blackwood Bondi & Cronulla and Christopher DeHuff, who helped build Guzman y Gomez operationally from the ground up.

The Opportunity
We are seeking passionate, driven and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our growing leadership team.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments, takes ownership, leads from the front and wants genuine career progression within an expanding company.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a critical role in:
- Leading daily restaurant operations
- Driving culture, standards and team development
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Managing labour, food costs and operational KPIs
- Supporting catering growth and operational excellence
- Helping scale systems and processes as the company expands

What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
- Previous Restaurant Management experience in hospitality or Fast Casual/QSR
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing high-volume service periods
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams
- Understanding of labour management, food safety and operational systems
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer experience
Bonus Points For
- Multi-site experience
- Catering or high-volume operational experience
- Experience working with fast casual or QSR operational systems and platforms.
- A desire to grow long-term within an expanding company
