Selr AI is an AI systems business based on the Gold Coast. We've been building AI systems for Australian businesses since 2021, and today that spans in-person workshops, an online program and a growing community. Our office is in Miami, attached to Selr Studio, a content studio where everything we publish gets made. That's where you'll work.
About the role
We're looking for a Content Creator / Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and knows how to make content perform. This is a hands-on role where you'll be both behind and in front of the camera: filming, creating and editing high-performing videos for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts.
This role is all about understanding what holds attention. You'll use pacing, timing and structure to engage viewers and keep them watching across platforms. You're comfortable taking on feedback, adapting quickly and refining edits based on performance data.
Editing is a big part of the role, but it's equally about creating. You'll experiment with different concepts, stay on top of trends and continuously evolve your content to drive stronger performance.
Role responsibilities
- Shooting and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Creating content both in front of the camera and behind it
- Digesting briefs and creating content that aligns with the given direction
- Managing footage, file organisation and exports efficiently
- Optimising pacing, structure and visuals to capture and retain viewer attention
- Working inside our AI-assisted editing pipeline. We build with Claude daily and you will too.
- Taking on feedback and making quick, effective adjustments based on results and insights
- Repurposing content across different channels while keeping consistency
- Staying tapped into culture, memes and what's trending online
What we look for
- Existing content creation and video editing experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Bonus points for experience using After Effects
- Strong ability to take on feedback and pivot quickly
- Confident in both shooting and performing

Pay: $52,363.41 – $100,579.51 per year
