P&H Civil Landscape is a civil construction company specialising in a wide range of civil works and landscaping projects, including parklands, recreational facilities, roadworks, drainage systems, and new developments. The company delivers end-to-end project solutions across bulk earthworks, concrete construction, road infrastructure, and structural landscaping.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Draftsperson to support our growing portfolio of civil construction and landscaping projects. The role is integral to translating engineering and design concepts into detailed construction documentation and ensuring accuracy in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update detailed civil drawings including set-out plans, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
- Translate engineering designs into construction-ready documentation for site execution
- Produce drawings for:
- civil works and bulk earthworks
- roadways, crossings, and pavements
- drainage systems (stormwater, culverts, pits)
- concrete structures (footings, kerb & channel, retaining walls)
- landscaping and structural elements (boardwalks, shelters, feature works)
- Review and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and survey data
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions
- Update drawings to reflect on-site changes and produce accurate as-built records
- Assist with technical documentation, project coordination, and quantity take-offs
Skills & Experience
- Associate degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field
- Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software
- At least 3 years experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with site and project teams
