We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and service-focused Part Time Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. While this is a part-time position, applicants with availability to work up to full-time hours, including a variety of shifts across the week, will be highly regarded.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering warm and engaging service to hotel and restaurant guests
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food, cocktails, wine, coffee, and beverages with confidence
- Assisting across restaurant (breakfast, lunch & dinner service), bar, events, and In Room Dining operations
- Setting up and maintaining restaurant and event spaces
- Supporting the wider hotel team during busy service periods
- Creating genuine guest connections and memorable dining experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred
- A positive attitude with a passion for guest service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. While this is a part-time role, flexibility to work additional hours (up to full-time) during busy periods is highly desirable.
- Current RSA certification
- A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good wine, food & beverage pairing knowledge will be an added advantage
